Shipping Policy

At Loves Field Studio, every order is handmade and carefully packaged in our studio in North Carolina. We work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Regular Bar Soaps & In-Stock Products
Most regular bar soap orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Soap Favors & Personalized Orders
Wedding favors, bridal shower favors, and other personalized soap orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Larger orders may require additional processing time. If you have a specific event date, please contact us before ordering so we can make sure your order can be completed and shipped in time.

Please note: Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order and does not include the shipping time once your package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, Loves Field Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Loves Field Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Loves Field Studio cannot be responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.
