What makes Loves Field Soap different?

Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches (for over 25 years!) using thoughtfully selected ingredients, botanical elements, and traditional soapmaking methods. Each bar is handmade in our private studio in Mount Airy, North Carolina.

Are your soaps good for sensitive skin?

Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our soaps, especially our gentler and unscented varieties. However, every person’s skin is different, so we always recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

Are your soaps made with natural ingredients?

We use high-quality oils, clays, botanicals, milks, essential oils, and skin-loving ingredients. Each listing includes a full ingredient description for transparency.

Do your soaps contain artificial fragrance?

Some soaps are scented with essential oils, may include fragrance oils for specific scent blends. Product descriptions will always tell you what is used.

How long does a bar of soap last?

Typically, one bar lasts between 3-4 weeks.  To extend the life of your soap, allow it to dry fully between uses by storing it on a draining soap dish. If the soap sits in a puddle of water, it will soften and dissolve much faster.

How should I store unused soap?

Store unused bars in a cool, dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight to help preserve scent and freshness.

 

Do you offer unscented soap?

Yes! We offer unscented and gentle options for customers who prefer fragrance-free skincare.

Are your soaps vegan?

Some soaps are vegan, while others may contain ingredients such as goat milk, honey, or beeswax. Please check each product listing for details.

Do you make gift sets?

Yes! We offer handmade soap gift sets, sampler bundles, and seasonal collections that are perfect for birthdays, holidays, hostess gifts, and self-care gifts.

Do you offer custom or wedding favors?

Yes, we offer personalized soap favors for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, events, and small business gifting. You can find those here.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within a few business days. During holidays or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on used items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and I will make it right by giving you a full refund or a voucher.
